Winter and autumn fruits are well found in the market these days. Eating autumn fruits can be very attractive and lovely. But their use in jams, desserts and cakes is also very desirable and common.
Ingredients kiwi jam
3 kg kiwi almost ripe and firm
2.5 to 3 kilos of sugar
3 glasses of water
One-third teaspoon of vanilla
How to prepare kiwi jam
Wash the kiwis and peel them very thinly and cut each one to a diameter of one centimeter. Pour the sugar and water into a relatively large pot and let it boil until the syrup thickens. Then let cool.
Put the kiwis in the cooled syrup and put it on a gentle heat to boil. This jam does not need much time to cook and after boiling for 20-25 minutes is enough. Try the syrup and add lemon juice. After one or two more boils, remove the pan from the heat and let the jam cool. Then pour it into a glass and store in the refrigerator.
